From interviews to performance reviews……it’s so often just one big “fakery” show. Both the company & the individual are putting their “fake” foot forward. Saying whatever it takes or whatever they feel they need to say to get what they want. But what is the point, when 3 months down the  line – both are frustrated & disappointed when things get “real”. When people show who they really are. Or say what they are really thinking. And we wonder what happened? What changed? Well, the fakery show ended….and we realize that our truth is not aligned.

So what can we do to “end” the fakery show and get alignment for the long-term?

Be honest and real about who you are and what you want – it’s that simple! But it’s not easy……as your ego has been “wired” for the fakery show. You will have to consciously choose to end that game and start a new game. And the new game is being authentic.
